Bring your boat or jet ski as there's room in the secure, fenced front yard for your trailer. Enjoy games on the waterfront reserve or sit on the balcony with a cuppa or glass of wine and do some people watching. Do a lot or do nothing but soak up the fresh air & serenity, it's up to you. All this within a short stroll of the local shops & the Bowling Club where you can go for drinks & a meal.
The nightly price is based on up to 7 guests. It is very important to select the correct number of guests as this will determine how many beds to have made up and towels required.

Extra Guests / Visitors: The number of people nominated on your booking is the maximum number of people that are allowed to be on the property at any one time, including visitors. Visitors may be requested prior to your booking being accepted and if approved must be approved via email. Simply put, if Mum and Dad want to come over for a BBQ then we are likely to approve. If more than 5 extra people want to stop by we are unlikely to approve, which could put your booking at risk. We will always try to be reasonable with reasonable people within property constraints and House Rules.
There is a STRICT NO gathering/party or events policy. If you are unsure if your booking will fall into any of these categories please ask prior to us approving your booking. As a result of a minority of previous guests inability to adhere to House Rules we have been forced to take action in order to alleviate any future disputes. With regret we will now be activating the Security cameras on the driveway/path and front door. Breaches of house rules may result in additional charges and/or eviction.
